The My Emotion Tornado Bundle turns a swirling water vortex into a hands-on way for kids to explore big feelings. Designed for ages 8+ with adult guidance, it pairs the physical 4M KidzLabs Tornado Maker with printable, fillable activities from Cognificent Kids Network®.
As children watch the water begin to swirl, grow stronger, and settle, they can name possible emotions, notice their body’s clues, choose safe coping skills, and practice asking for support. The activities work for play therapy, school counseling, youth groups, homeschool lessons, and family conversations.

Both PDFs can be printed. They also include typeable answers and clickable boxes where useful, so an adult and child can work through them on screen. Children may point, talk, type, or use a fictional example; they do not have to share a personal story. The guide offers a 20–30 minute core activity with optional 5–15 minute extensions, including suggestions for telehealth.
